Dancing Backwards in Heels August 26, 2026

Borderplex Community Capital (BCC) was proud to serve as a sponsor of Dancing Backwards in Heels, one of the region’s most significant events celebrating and supporting women entrepreneurs. Paloma Medina, representing BCC, served on the event’s organizational committee. The event convened more than 250 women from across the region, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, and representatives from a wide range of organizations. This year’s event also marked the 35th anniversary of the Hispanic Chamber, recognizing 35 years of empowering businesses, fostering connections, and strengthening our community. The event stood as a testament to the leadership and impact of women in our region, and BCC was honored to be part of such a meaningful occasion
