Martha Villa is a business professional and community advocate dedicated to supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the region. With an entrepreneurial background and experience working directly with business owners, she brings a practical, relationship-centered approach to helping entrepreneurs overcome challenges, access resources, and identify opportunities for growth.

Before joining Borderplex Community Capital, she gained experience supporting entrepreneurs through her work with Project VIDA, further strengthening her understanding of the needs and challenges faced by business owners in the region. In her role with Borderplex Community Capital, Martha provides technical assistance and connects entrepreneurs with resources, guidance, and community partners to help them build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
